A Message From The Director

Greetings,

Last week I opened my email to find this client comment; “I am extremely excited to find such a great resource. This is exactly what I needed to help develop my business. It’s an honor to have the privilege to work with someone with as much experience and wisdom as Mr. White”. When someone takes the time to write out a comment it really means a lot to our team and reinforces that what we are doing is truly helping our community.

We have a team of 38 expert business advisors that assist in many different areas including business start-up, operations, marketing, digital media, obtaining capital, HR and financial analysis. ALL of this consulting is at no-cost! That is because of our partnerships with Small Business Administration (SBA), California Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz), Opportunity Stanislaus, as well as many local banks, and cities. Please review link below to see our list of sponsors:

As we expand with funding from GO-Biz we have been offering many more trainings and workshops to help our small business owners Start, Grow and Succeed. Please check out our list of ever evolving training options. Trainings are low and no-cost.

I started my journey of entrepreneurship with my mom in 1979 and know how important it is to have a mentor, teacher and advisor alongside for the ride. As you meet aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners, encourage them to reach out to the Valley Sierra SBDC.

A big thank you to our partners and collaborators for helping us

make 2019 a rewarding and successful year!!
