Edward Palomar, business development manager for Access Plus Capital joins Kelly to discuss the California Rebuild Fund that opened Nov. 20. It was created to serve small businesses with loans up to $100,000. Companies with 50 or less FTEs and gross revenues under $2.5 million in 2019 are eligible to apply.
