On Wednesday, June 14th, Host and SBDC director, Kelly Bearden will be joined by Shawn Palmer, a certified small business advisor with Washington Small Business Development Center in Redmond, WA. Palmer will discuss functions of price and their effects on customers, pricing strategies for business owners to consider for their industry, and how to increase revenue, maximize profit and build customer loyalty through effective pricing strategies.

Examples of how to maximize business pricing strategies in order to drive profit and help ensure sustainability, plus an upcoming access to capital workshop are among topics of this week’s free webinar presented by the Small Business Development Center at CSU Bakersfield.  
 
Host and SBDC director, Kelly Bearden will be joined by Shawn Palmer, a certified small business advisor with Washington Small Business Development Center in Redmond, WA. Palmer will discuss functions of price and their effects on customers, pricing strategies for business owners to consider for their industry, and how to increase revenue, maximize profit and build customer loyalty through effective pricing strategies. 
 
A Navy veteran and entrepreneur, Palmer is also a frequent speaker at business conferences and on podcasts.  
 
Bearden will also be joined by Deepak Bahl, Program Director for the USC Center for Economic Development. Bahl will provide details on the upcoming USC Capital Access Workshop. The online program will feature a variety of representatives from government and financial institutions to discuss how small businesses and manufacturers can access capital. 
  
The webinar will begin with Bearden providing updates on the economy, capital resources programs, and weather-related disaster assistance for businesses from local, state, and federal governments. 
 
Questions from attendees will be taken.
