*Managing Your Small Business Beyond the Pandemic: California Dream Fund

Host and SBDC director, Kelly Bearden will begin the webinar with an update on the Kern County Microbusiness Relief Program. He will be joined by Pamela Mostert, Business Services Manager for Access Plus Capital. Mostert will provide an update on several of the microlender’s government-backed loans and other programs.

Bearden will then be joined by Cindy Merzon, Director of the Cal Coastal SBDC to discuss California Dream Fund Seed Grant Program training. Merzon will provide details on the 6-class curriculum and homework, eligibility requirements for class registration and ultimate grant application, and how to apply for the program. 

Nearly $800,000 in microgrants will be coming to Central California businesses through the SBDC from the California Dream Fund Seed Grant Program. 

Questions from attendees will be taken.           

This marks the 117th in the weekly “Webinar Wednesday” series that provides reopening and current pandemic relief updates on available federal, state, and local funding options, tax credit programs, employee programs, and other opportunities helpful to employers and business owners.
