"“Bob and the SBDC are an integral part of my team. They are there when I hit a roadblock or need to bounce a couple ideas off. I could show enough appreciation or gratitude for their support and resources. Thank you." -David Waldbauer, CEO of Lima Charlie Inc.

Lima Charlie

Lima Charlie Inc. is known for its quality of management that is well organized, agile, detail

oriented, and focused on simplicity. These core focuses allow for consistency in providing

positive client experiences focused on reducing risk and expenses. Lima Charlie navigates

the government contracting processes with skill and knowledge for federal agencies and

local municipalities to ensure optimal outcomes. On the private side, they are able to be

involved at virtually any stage of a project, which means greater efficiency throughout the

life of the project. They are currently the only business in the Central Valley that hold a GSA

IT contract. The closest is Alameda or Sacramento.

Lima Charlie Inc. is an agile and fast paced business. They operate alongside larger

management services to pick up the smaller jobs that fall through the cracks. They pay

attention to detail and focus on project timelines, delivery, cost, and quality. Their core

capabilities are janitorial, landscaping, general construction, painting, maintenance, and

housing missions.

Since they were born during the pandemic, Lima Charlie is purely a remote Government

Relations Service. They had to develop new methods from scratch to hire staff/contractors,

organize jobs, set up meetings, and find contracts. Their documents and files are stored in

the cloud, and there is no physical office. They coordinate with site managers, vendors,

contractors remotely via phone and zoom. "I didn't want to be bound by an office," David

said. Since the beginning, David wanted to work on the business, not just in it.

Lima Charlie is also dedicated to employing veterans, service-disabled veterans, spouses of

veterans, and student veterans. As a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, David

has tremendous respect for the men and women who have served our country, and he's

happy to be able to provide an opportunity to them.
