Latrice is the owner of Bio One in Modesto. Bio-One caters to a diverse clientele, including individuals, businesses, and governmental entities. Her team specializes in the meticulous cleanup of challenging scenarios such as suicides, crime scenes, and fatalities. Additionally, they offer hoarding cleanup services in Stanislaus County and surrounding locales. What distinguishes this enterprise is its presence in an industry that many find daunting to enter. Nevertheless, Latrice has not only ventured into this niche but has also successfully established and sustained her business.

 

Latrice has benefited from an extensive allocation of consulting time totaling over 16 hours with Rhonda, in addition to her participation in more than 14 events and webinars organized by our center. Moreover, Latrice successfully fulfilled the requirements of the California Dream Fund Program, specifically designed for pre-venture clients, in which gaining valuable insights into the intricacies of launching a prosperous business endeavor. Throughout her engagement with the program, Rhonda provided strategic guidance, culminating in her recommendation for Latrice to develop a comprehensive business plan.
