Senate Bill 1343 Requires Employers of 5 or More Employees to Provide Sexual Harassment and Abusive Conduct Prevention, 1 Hour for Non-supervisory Employees, and 2 Hours for Supervisors.
This Training Must Be Completed by January 1, 2021 (If Not Completed in 2019 or Within Two Years). This Training Is Required Every Two Years.
