The SBA Fresno District office today announced three San Joaquin Valley and Central Coast companies as 2022’s outstanding small businesses. These companies will be honored next month during National Small Business Week.

The company, owned by Joe Garcia, specializes in Commercial and Institutional Building construction, with an emphasis on Design Build while operating in the private and public sectors.
