In May of 2020 Sammy and T. (Trieste) Dounglomchan, Real Estate agents in Modesto working for Coldwell Banker Realty, reached out to the Valley Sierra SBDC for assistance in understanding the various programs offered from SBA and other sources regarding COVID-19 assistance.
Almost a year later, their business needs have been successfully met with the assistance of information and consultant services. Working with their consultant Bob Mcdonald, the Dounglomchans have been able to secure funding with the Paycheck Protection Plan (PPP). Going forward the Valley Sierra SBDC will assist this client in understanding the loan forgiveness application and the terms involved in receiving the PPP funds.
